| The edition of the Spire you will see here is an exact replica of what has been formatted for printing.
This version is provided to you in Adobe Acrobat's "portable document format" (PDF) and to open it you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or
an equivalent PDF file reader installed on your computer. Since many web documents
are provided in PDF format, you may already have installed a reader.
If you have not and would like to, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader free. |
| Limiting Access |
The Spires do not contain highly confidential information, but they are
intended for a particular community rather than the "wide world." You will
find that the documents listed here are password protected. If you do not
remember the username and password, drop a note to webeditor@firstparish.info or ask at church
(Hint: it is the same as your usual members'
login). |
| Alternate Electronic Representations of the Spire |
We are working out methods of delivering the Spire electronically and are aware that this first pass may not work well for everyone. Please let us know if you are interested in receiving the Spire electronically and will need to receive it some other way. Alternative modes we are using successfully for a number of people are:
- this same PDF file, but sent as an attachment -- eliminates some browser access issues
- plain text sent as a regular (rather long) email message
