Aging Well

Topic this month: Meaningful Songs / Music in Our Lives

Our goal for this group is to foster engagement and build community among women over fifty who wish to explore themes related to planning and consciously living out our later years. Some meetings have guest speakers; others include small-group or large-group conversations.

Aging Well meets once a month, usually on the fourth Thursday of the month. Some meetings are in-person; others by Zoom. **Please note our starting time change to 11am**
