If  you are a long time Lectio participate or brand new to this practice, you are invited to experiment with us as we use selections from the Sufi or Islamic mystical tradition as our sacred text for the four Thursdays after Easter, April 8, 15, 22, 29 from 8-9 am.  For those four Thursday we will not be following the Christian lectionary.

Lectio Divina sessions are drop in programs- sign up using the button below to receive the link to participate.  You can come for one session and try it out anytime.  Typically  15-25 people gather for the hour on Thursday mornings.  If you are looking for a contemplative practice in which we connect with spirit and with others, lectio Divina is something to try!

Lectio Divina is offered three time a week at First Parish:

• Tuesdays at 7 am
• Wednesday at 9 am
• Thursday at 8 am

All sessions run for an hour.  The Tuesday and Wednesday sessions will continue to follow the lectionary.
