Some say it is their favorite service of the year. This annual worship service provides a contemplative approach amidst the holiday season. It acknowledges our losses and concerns as well as naming our hopes and consolations. In the embracing darkness of the sanctuary, this worship Service includes poetry, music, prayer, and the lighting of shabbat candles. Ululations, the ordained ministers, Worship Associates, Lay Ministers, and others participate. All are welcome!

For those planning to attend virtually, packets of Oplatki will be avaiable at the First Parish office this week. (Oplatki is a wafer used to offer blessing and greeting as part of this service).
