A Revolution of Being:

Opening Your Mind and Heart to Who You Really Are

Location: Hedge Room

Dates: Alternate Sundays

Time: 6:45 – 8:45 PM

Who am I?  What am I?  What is God?  What is life?  Where do I come from?  Where am I going?

The hallmark of spirituality is really about dealing with the existential issues of life.

So, how do I approach those?” ~ Adyashanti

We are fortunate to live in a time when a multiplicity of spiritual teachings, ancient and modern, are available to ordinary people. We are particularly privileged to have access to the work of the con-       temporary American teacher, Adyashanti Gray. Born and living in California, he speaks in simple, direct, unambiguous language. His words point to the deepest reality which we always and already are. We can’t “understand” this reality, but we can “know” it, in the silence of being, if we allow what is to be.

Adyashanti asserts that “The primary task of any good spiritual teaching is not to answer your questions, but to question your answers… To realize what is not true is of infinitely more value than speculating about what is. (Because) it is your assumptions and beliefs that distort your perception. There is actually only unity and completeness. (And) the Reality that these teachings are pointing toward is not hidden, or secret, or far away. You cannot earn it, deserve it, or figure it out. At this very moment, Reality and completeness are in plain sight.”

Please come and join others in exploring the foundational guidance of this well-known and respected teacher. We will listen to audio recordings or watch short videos, share reflections and end with a guided meditation. All are welcome.
