Dear First Parish friends,
Some of us quilt, some paint, some create sculpture out of found objects. Some of us create collages, take photographs of sunsets or sketch. We are old time artists, young creators, or just plain folks who like to pause and notice what is around us.
The Congregational Art Show provides an opportunity to share what we have created, what we have noticed, what we are thinking. It is a wonderful way to share a part of yourself with others at First Parish.
Each person can submit two pieces to show depending upon the number of submissions. Look for the form to fill out that includes information about your piece such as title, medium etc. Pieces must be ready to hang with a wire on the back side to side and should be midsized to hand in the parlor. Three dimensional pieces will be displayed in the showcase in the Narthex. The show will open on March 5th, the opening reception is on March 12th, all are welcome!
The exhibit take place in the Stanton Parlor from March 5 – June 15th.
If you want to participate in this show, please go to: First Parish Congregational Art Show – Submittal Form and fill out a form by February 15th.
Thank you,
The Art Show Team
