For the past year, the Parish Committee has been navigating uncertain and fluid conditions to determine when we can safely return to our Meetinghouse to worship together. Previously we had decided to continue worshiping online until at least May 1. While we anticipate that spring and vaccinations will start to open our world back up, we do not expect that circumstances will allow the full congregation to safely gather indoors this spring.
So continuing our “abundance of caution”, we have decided to keep Sunday services online throughout the spring and summer until at least Ingathering, September 6. Our Annual Meeting, Sunday May 23, will also be online, as it was last year.
We are very hopeful that as the vaccinations roll out and the weather warms up, we’ll be able to meet in person in smaller groups. We’re also continuing to strategize on how we can take the best of our virtual world into the “New Normal”. Stay tuned for opportunities to weigh in on what you miss most and what of our new practices you’d like.Back to News
